Compassionate Inquiry®: Free yourself from blockages and discover inner peace.

Imagine… finally releasing the blockages you’ve been unconsciously carrying for so long. You feel lighter, freer, and more balanced.

Compassionate Inquiry® is a gentle yet powerful method that guides you step-by-step towards inner peace, self-acceptance, self-love, and a deeper connection with your authentic self. Whether you’re experiencing stress, feeling uncertain, facing relationship challenges, or struggling with emotional blockages, Compassionate Inquiry® provides a safe and supportive path to clarity and healing.

During our sessions, you will find a compassionate space free from judgment, where we gently explore the deeper layers of your experiences. We dive into the hidden memories that may influence your life, allowing you to uncover the answers that already reside within you.

What is Compassionate Inquiry®?

Compassionate Inquiry®, developed by Dr. Gabor Maté and refined by Dr. Sat Dharam Kaur, focuses on revealing the unconscious stories we tell ourselves. This process includes not only your daily conscious thoughts but also the underlying memories and patterns that often are hidden beneath the surface. You gain insights into deep-seated beliefs, allowing you to understand how they influence your life and how you can let them go.

Compassionate Inquiry® provides the space for you to connect with the unconscious processes and emotions that arise, freeing you from the past’s hold on the present.
By observing your emotions without being overwhelmed, you experience peace, freedom, and the ability to consciously choose your responses in each moment.

Awareness and transformation: Free yourself from unconscious wounds and patterns.

In Compassionate Inquiry® you learn to view yourself with love and acceptance. You gain clarity on how you perceive, judge, or sometimes reject yourself and discover how both conscious and unconscious processes, including hidden memories, impact your behaviour.

Traumatic experiences are stored in both the body and mind, often without our awareness. As Dr. Gabor Maté says, “Trauma is not what happens to you. Trauma is what happens inside of you as a result of what happens to you.” This encompasses not only significant life events but also the absence of love, emotional support or recognition in childhood, which can deeply affect one’s development and well-being.

Dr. Gabor Maté also emphasises, “Addiction is not the problem; it is a solution to a problem.” This highlights how addictions often arise from avoiding painful emotions or unmet needs.

By recognizing and integrating these traumatic experiences, you create space for healing and recovery, both physically and emotionally. You liberate yourself from the influence of both conscious and unconscious memories, leading to a life filled with self-love, freedom, and spontaneity.

Flow of a Compassionate Inquiry® session?

A session can start with a grounding moment, if you choose, to bring you into the present moment. Together, we explore your intentions, and the session unfolds organically. In a safe and compassionate space, we explore your thoughts, emotions, hidden memories, and physical sensations.

Everything that arises within you is welcome, without judgment.

In this space, you are fully seen, heard, and supported. As old stories and unconscious patterns are transformed, there is room for choice, authenticity, and a deeper connection with yourself. Compassionate Inquiry® sets you on a path to living in alignment with self-love and peace within.

Could Compassionate Inquiry® benefit you?

Compassionate Inquiry® can support you in dealing with anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, procrastination, addictions, relationship problems, aggression, attachment issues (fear of commitment or abandonment), complex post-traumatic stress (CPTSD), unresolved grief, work-related stress, ADD/ADHD, and other behavioral patterns that affect your life.
